  • Who's got the key?

    Loved the location. The unit was clean and well maintained. No problems at all with that. Our biggest, and only complaint directed to Evolve is why so cheap with the room keys? We had 4 adults who at times went our separate ways. You would only give us 2 keys. First front desk attendant said it was because it was "high season". Makes no sense. Those plastic keys are not expensive at all....less than $1 for you to buy in bulk and maybe $2 if you buy ones with custom logo's etc. It REALLY IMPACTED what we wanted to do at times. We kept begging and finally were given a 3rd key on our second to last day. Too little too late as the saying goes.

    Well decorated and appointed condo. It had everything we needed.

    We highly recommend it.

    Note: Suntide III is doing remodeling and the outdoor pool and hote tub are not available.

    View of the ocean, super! Everything was included! Tasteful landscaping with very nice pool area. Check in people we're very welcoming.
