• Great Property for First Island Visit

  We have stayed in units all along the Gulf Coast but this was the first time on South Padre. The overall property was very clean and could tell it was well maintained. Appreciate all the luggage carts and shopping carts available to move belongings in/out of the unit. Parking can be challenging but that sems to be the case at every coastal area. They do a nice job with some overflow parking options. The front desk staff were also very accommodating and helpful. They had a couple silly policies such as only two keys per unit. Why? We were also with a group that had rented a three bedroom unit and again two keys? Remember to bring paper goods. They only provide one trash bag - any additional are on you. Again, silly little annoyances but the property was definitely five-star.

  Now to Unit 407. Thank you to the owners and staff as it was so well appointed and ready for a seamless move-in. They had anything imaginable in the kitchen if you wanted to make something in the unit. There were also lots of beach items if you had forgotten something along the way. I don't know what else to add to the unit's review. Well decorated? Yes. Bathrooms and showers? Awesome. Places to relax - inside and out? Definitely. Pool? Amazing - afternoon shade or sun! Beach access? A breeze. Thanks again for making this beautiful unit available.

  Now - grab a lanyard for your room key, pick up some trash bags and get ready for an amazing stay.

  We loved our condo! It had a fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances and kitchen utensils you could need. It also has many chairs and even a beach wagon which was amazing! It was very clean and beautifully decorated and updated. We would definitely come again and would recommend it.

• Beautiful, clean, modern condo!

  This is a very nice condo. It had pretty much everything we needed. We were here over Thanksgiving and cooked a Thanksgiving meal here and had all the dishes and cooking items we needed. There were plenty of beach toys and boogie boards for the grandkids in the laundry room, which was very nice so they had something to do and we didn’t have to go buy stuff. The condo was very neat and clean when we arrived. Staff was all friendly & helpful. We loved the fact that there was an indoor pool, for the cooler days. The building also had a small gym and a sauna, which was nice even though we did not get to use them while we were here. We loved the fact that it was on the fourth floor, so we had a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool. There was only one negative thing and that was that the beds weren’t the most comfortable. They were a little on the firm side and different. But overall, this is a great condo and I would definitely recommend it and would come back.

  Our family came down for the New Year’s holiday, and we had an incredible stay! We would highly recommend staying at this condo, and we look forward to our next trip down!
