  Wonderful beach vacation home! Very clean and so convenient to beach access. My only complaints and I didn't detract my rsting for these as they are silly things but the upstairs shower is either scalding hot or freezing cold there is no inbetween or I wasn't able to figure it out hahaThe thermostat we tried to keep it where they asked but if u so much as touch it ...it goes wild the touch setting is so sensitive we gave up on it lolThat being said this place is perfect gor a family or group of friends..7 min or less walk to beach...nice pool and tons of space the guest contact is super responsive to any and all issues!Highly recommend!

Our plumber has since conducted thorough testing and resolved a low-pressure issue that was causing the geyser to turn off, resulting in inconsistent water temperatures. The problem has been permanently fixed, ensuring a comfortable shower experience moving forward.
  
  Regarding the Google Thermostat, we apologize for the difficulty with its sensitive touch settings. It is fully functional, but we understand it can be tricky to adjust. To make things easier for future guests, we’re adding a concise guide on how to operate it effectively.

  - Unfortunately, there was a major leak in the pool heater on the day of your arrival, and while the pool remained usable, it wasn’t heated until we installed a brand-new unit by Tuesday afternoon.
  - We shared the issue with you before check-in and issued a refund as a courtesy for the inconvenience.
  - We confirmed with our housekeeping team that the home was cleaned prior to your arrival and reviewed photos from that day to ensure standards were met.
  - We’re always working with our team to ensure the home is comfortable, clean, and well-prepared for each guest.

  Great property! As shown online. Couldn’t figure out how to get local news on Roku, but otherwise a very well appointed unit! Would definitely recommend!
