Great location!
5/5 We had a great stay! The location is very convenient- literally 2 min walk to the beach! We stayed during the week and it was very calm and relaxing. The condo is clean and spacious. Loved the private access from the bedroom to the pool in the back. When we checked in I contacted the owner about the pool being cleaned and he responded right away. Made sure that all of our needs were met. The pool was cleaned the next day! The only issue we had was the AC was very loud in the guest bedroom. Sounded like there was a bunch of small rocks dangling inside the vent every time the air went on. Maybe needs service?
Overall- good experience.

Pool pump, tv, cool water
4/5 Owners were great. We had trouble with operating the tv. No premium channels unless you use your password. Needs cable. The owners tried to help. The pool pump was very loud. Started around 7 am and went all day. Owner was going to check on it.

South Padre Island has a harsh environment, so the pool pump was recently in the process of being replaced during your stay. However, it took a few days because the pool company was awaiting the needed parts. We have smart TVs with Rokus in our condo for guests to use. We are always available to assist our guest's with how to use it.
