Disappointed
2/5 There was issue and after issue with the home. Lack of cleanliness, broken washer, pool growing algae, broken canopy, 2nd floor bathroom smelling of sewage.

Hi Amy, we’re sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. After discussing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to provide some additional context:
- Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and our housekeeping staff takes photos prior to each guest’s arrival to ensure the property is in top condition. We have reviewed them and did not identify any issues pre-stay. We regret that the condition was not up to your standards and wish we had been made aware of your concerns sooner so we could have addressed them promptly.
- Unfortunately, the washing machine did break before your arrival. We replaced it as quickly as possible, and the new unit was installed during the stay. We understand that this may have been inconvenient and appreciate your understanding allowing access to the home.
- We did receive your report about algae in the pool and immediately dispatched our pool maintenance team to address the issue. During the hot summer months, algae can develop quickly, but we do our best to catch and treat it early and appreciate you letting us know.
- We’re currently investigating the issues with the broken canopy and the odor in the second-floor bathroom, as these were not reported during your stay. We’ll ensure that both are addressed promptly.

5/5 We had a great stay at the house. Cooking was easy since the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. The rooms were spacious and the living area was huge. It made it easy to lounge around after long days at the beach.

Short vacation
5/5 We stayed a weekend and the house was very nice! It accommodated us very well & was close to the beach. Although it rained during our stay, the house was very cozy.
