Great spot to relax with friends
5/5 Our friend group needed a place convenient to Austin, Dallas, and Houston for our annual girls weekend. The house and location were excellent. It had plenty of beds, a cozy open indoor gathering space and nicely shaded outdoor area with a clean pool. The kitchen was well stocked with various appliances, utensils and cookware. Hosts responded quickly to our questions both before and during the stay.
Nice house and location, but a few issues
4/5 The house was clean and the pool was great. It's under trees, so it won't be perfectly clean when you get there, but the water was obviously well taken care of. I think the $300 host fee is excessive. That's more than I've ever seen on a rental. We were allowed a late check-out for Father's Day lunch, so I was happy they were willing to accommodate that request. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Girls trip
4/5 Nice place I think blinds need to be installed on living area. Not everyone feels comfortable with the windows be so open at night. They are nice but when there are only women as guest you just do not feel comfortable. The door locking and unlocking seem to have issues while we were there. Other than those two things it was a nice stay.
