Nice Area, House needs updating and has issues
2/5 This house is in a nice area but the house has a lot of issues that need work on. The house is a little outdated. When we arrived the two tubs in the bathroom downstairs and the one in the upstairs were backed up. Plumber didn't arrive until our 4th day of our stay. There were a lot of spider crickets all over the house. The AC was not working properly even though the AC was on correct temp. The pool was dirty when we got there. I had to reach out to manager of property about these issues. He was quick to respond. The pool guy came over about a day after to clean the pool. The hot tub was extremely hot and had an error message on its display screen and our skin was super red after we got out and we were only a few minutes in it. The kitchen was not adequately stocked.

- As we aim for transparency, we are sorry if the house was not what you expected. We use professional photographers to capture all that the house represents.
- We value the cleanliness and condition of our home and fixtures. Once we were notified about the issues with the two tubs, we immediately contacted a plumber to address the concern. In addition, we recognize your awareness of pests and have reached out to pest control.
- We're sorry for any AC problems during your stay. Bringing it to our attention would have given us the opportunity to resolve the issue.
- For the pool, guests checked out a few hours before your arrival, and we had it treated with chemicals to ensure it was safe for swimming on the same day.
- Regarding the hot tub, there are options to adjust the heater, and we would have been happy to assist had we known about your preference.
- For guest use, our kitchen is stocked with the basic essentials as listed, but if you need specific items, we apologize for any inconvenience. We wish you had reached out to us as we were not aware of your concerns.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays.Great
