Visit with family for a wedding

Very unhappy

Sherman villa
We arrived to children screamed because of bugs inside the house. After investigation we discovered they were Japanese camel crickets. They have terrorized us the entire visit, kids found them in their bed and scared to sleep. The pool is green, looks like it’s been neglected and the pump is not on. The hot tub was cooler than the house when we arrived. The house was about 85 and took forever to cool off. The hot tub was 70! There was storm hit before we came to stay and the string of lights were busted all over the back yard! Then the caretaker mowed over that area before the glass was picked up! Again effecting the kids, not able to run around outside for fear of glass cutting them.! The grill lid is broken, and the kitchen is lacking utensils. Fire ants all over the yard, by the pool and the driveway had big mounds of them. The trash cans at the end of the driveway were over full when we got there and there was no other place to throw our trash when we were there. The price was way over inflated for Memorial Day weekend. Definitely not worth the price considering all the trouble we had with our stay. Very disappointing!
