Renter beware
1/5 This place was not clean nor maintained. My grandkids feet were black from walking inside the house (right after their bath) as were others who walked around barefoot in the house. The bunk beds were not safe to sleep in; very unsteady. There was not a pull out sofa, just a sofa and no extra sheets or pillows. We had to go to Walmart and buy pillows. The thermostat downstairs did not work and it was extremely hot. The stair railing was loose and the transition board to the stairs was not firmly attached and was tripped over many times. You cannot access the water or use the kayaks. The water is down (as we were aware) and it is extremely unsafe for children to be near the dock/water. There is a 8-10 foot drop off the end of the dock onto the shoreline with no fencing or barriers to prevent falls. The grill wouldn’t light so we could not grill our hamburgers that we were planning to have for dinner. The sheets in the twin room had tiny, brown bugs in them and long hair that did not belong to us. That was the icing on the cake. We relocated to a wonderful, clean property and were given a full refund. We shouldn’t have had to move locations but could NOT stay there for many safety reasons.

5/5 The property was beautiful. Me and a few a my family members came in town to attend my son's graduation from TLU. This an excellent choice for a group who wants a nice relaxing getaway.

Peace during chaos
5/5 We were in Seguin for a wedding that was off the rails... so much stress and craziness... but each evening we got to quietly sit by the water recuperating in this beautiful home, plaing games, talking and just being. Thank you.

Wonderful
5/5 We rented the house during our son’s graduation from TLU. It was the perfect place for family to stay that came in town for this occasion. We had plants of space for everyone in a beautiful setting.
