    The house was wonderful! The main floor was beautiful and we really enjoyed the porch with the rockers. Fully equipped kitchen and plenty of sitting room for everyone. We will definitely be back.

    My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this home on the Guadalupe River in Seguin. I love the layout of the home and the river sits in the backyard! S’mores on the fire facilitated fun, family conversation.

    The beds were VERY comfortable and the big tub led to relaxing evenings. We will book again!

    This home was so beautiful. Our college boys absolutely loved the downstairs and bunk room. It was like them having there own little apartment. The upstairs was so beautiful and spacious. Everyone loved swimming in the river and fishing 🎣

    The owners had lots of things for us to use for activities. Fishing poles, kayaks, corn hole. We made s’mores. Hope to visit again soon. Also the owner was so helpful with everything. She was a pleasure to communicate with. We loved the town of Seguin also and it was not to far to go float the river, outlet mall and snake farm and lots of other stuff. Hated to leave. The home was fantastic!!!

    House is fine. River near house not desirable for swimming due to murky water, jet skis speeding close to swimming area, and snakes.

    "Rosemary, I’m sorry the setting of our home did not live up to your expectations. The peaceful natural setting is depicted accurately in the photos on our listing site. Due to all the lakes along the Guadalupe River being drained to repair dams, there may have been an increase in recreational vehicles although we rarely see them.
    Thanks for your feedback. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests."
