  We gathered for a family birthday celebration & loved every minute of our stay. This home was well appointed and had everything we needed. Not only was it well equipped, the views of sunrise & sunset were fabulous! Just a really peaceful place to relax and unwind. On top of everything else, our host was so helpful. We didn’t need anything during our stay, but she was knowledgeable and helpful about the area, prior to our stay.

  We came as a family to celebrate my mothers 75th birthday and it was everything we could have hoped for. The home is kid and pet friendly so it felt like home! While there one of the days we, as a family, were discussing returning before the end of the year! The home is extremely spacious but has an air of cozy and quaint. Must be the beautiful views and surroundings! I highly suggest sunsets at the pool and sunrises on the front porch.

  The home was equipped with all the cooking basics, but bring what you need for larger families. The nearest store was 15 minutes from the home, but its location to the main highway makes it super convenient. They provided more than enough towels, shampoo, body wash, pool towels and toys, wood for the fire pit and a gas grill.

  Highly recommend this place!

• Loved the farmhouse!

  We stayed there with 12 people including three teens under age 15. The house was welcoming and we didn’t feel crowded with so many people. The other king bed is in the loft which I did not find very clear in the listing.

  We loved our stay. We were in town for my son’s wedding and it was the perfect home away from home.

  My family and I have stayed at this property multiple times, and we have such a relaxing time when we are here. The house is immaculate and well stocked with anything you might need. The view from the porch is just magnificent, and can you say enough about the sunsets in Schulenburg? Every time we have been here, we have such great photos with the sun setting in the background.

  There is just not one negative thing to say about this place. Highly recommend!
