3/5 The stove doesn't work properly. Suggest replacing. It gets hot for a few minutes, then cools off, then heats upfor a few minutes, not able to cook eggs. Had to use bbq pit to make chili and the bbq pit was full of ashes and had tin foil covering a large rusted out hole, which made it difficult to control the fire for cooking. The pier/deck needs serious attention. Not safe. Rails are rotting and falling off the deck. Also, the bottom bunk in front room needs attention. Difficult to sleep in. Hence the "okay" rating. Having said all of that, we did enjoy ourselves and had a good time at your place. Not trying to complain, just informing you of things that need to be fixed to make the unit safe and hassle free.

5/5 This house was exactly what I needed to have a visit with my grandchildren that I haven't seen in 8 years. The house was clean and in order. There was coffee and snacks and some waters available to make our stay even more lovely! Check out Lisa and her home! You will enjoy your stay here!!

Fishing trip
4/5 Had a great time. Enjoyed fishing the back canal during high tide. Caught a 23 inch red, 16 inch sheepshead, a few black drums, and a bunch of crabs. It was cozier than expected but there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. And so many fishing opportunities in the area. Overall had a great time.
