Local to downtown San Marcos
5/5 This property is clean and comfortable. It has all of the necessities we needed and is in the heart of downtown, allowing us to walk to local restaurants, coffee shops and the university. There is some noise and loud music at night from the main street and night life. Property manager is extremely helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay again!

Loved the property
5/5 Nice place right on square. A little loud late Saturday night but the Astros just won World Series so may have been more than normal. Wasn’t too bad back in bedrooms.
