2/5 We booked one property months ago and then a week before our stay I get a call saying they forgot to pull the property from the listing page and that it’s leased as a long term rental to someone else! We got put in a remodeled apartment unit that had a couch torn up by a cat , a Keurig that smelled of burnt wires and didn’t work, we got picked out of the apartment on an important evening trying to get to the Tx St football game for Family Weekend- and the host said she’d be there in 15 minutes to unlock it- but it too 30 minutes standing in the heat sweating! I messaged her the day we left about the things that didn’t work and never got a response! Terrible experience as a travel agent myself!
