2/5 Our stay did not start well when we were locked out of the house. It took 3 phone calls 2 texts and 30 minutes to find a key to unlock the door knob that should not have been locked. Next, the fact that we could not flush toilet paper??? This was a first for us and disgusting. We found a ball of hair in the shower, a used contact on the bedside table, crumbs in the couch, filthy pans in the cupboard, dirty floors upstairs, and cockroaches. There were no wash clothes or garbage bags available and I had to call the contact number for more TP. ( There wasn't any in the downstairs bathroom.) The welcome book has 5 pages on how to use the coffee maker but no mention of the heat/air conditioner or TV.

3/5 Air condition worked good and beds were comfy but home lacked cleaning supples and adequate cookware. No dish or laundry detergent. Walkable neighborhood with clean pools.
