• Low rate for a reason

  Home provided what was needed but was very dirty, ac filters were so bad the ac stopped working until we removed them say 1. New filters delivered but your guest shouldn’t have to notify you there is an inch of dust on a filter that should be replaced monthly. Dirty old hard crusted swim suit underwear and towel in the closets. Lots of damage to walls that we immediately msg about as to not be help liable. Unknown bug bites while sitting at the kitchen table. Pool useable but dirty. There is an apartment complex directly behind the home with homeless population attempting to climb fence and access yard while we were having morning coffee exposing the kids to cussing and inappropriate behavior. Zero water pressure in the 1 shower that’s there. Never seen a master with just a tub in Texas. TVs didn’t work as batteries were dead and no extra to be found. Thankfully we were there for SeaWorld and not the house. $300 cleaning fee but you are required to clean and open coming to the home it’s already dirty. Definitely tell the difference between person owned vs this corporate owned.

  -We are sorry about the disturbance from the nearby apartment complex. While this is an isolated incident that is beyond our control, we’re exploring additional measures to enhance privacy and security for a more peaceful stay.
  -The master bathroom does include a shower. We will make sure all amenities, including the bathroom setup, are clearly stated to avoid any misunderstanding.

• Nice stay

  This was a wonderful stay! The house is overall very clean and the property contact was very responsive. The house is well stocked, the pool and hot tub were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is changing the shower head in the master bath - the spray of the water felt like needles on the full setting but did not have enough pressure on other settings.

• Great Place!

  Was in town for a conference and a co-worker and I decided to rent a house, rather than stay at the hotel hosting the conference. Not only did we have a great stay, but we saved a ton of money vs getting two hotel rooms.

• Great Option for a Family

  This house worked out great for us. We loved the hot tub; it was too cold for the pool but in warmer weather would’ve been great. It had everything we needed - was a little light on some things in the kitchen but we were always able to come up with a solution. Other items such as paper towels and toilet paper were plentiful. It was a great location with easy access. We would definitely consider staying here again.
