SA Great Times
5/5 This is a great property. The house is a little older but in terrific shape and extremely clean. The neighborhood is very quiet and with little traffic. The outdoor pool/jacuzzi was fantastic and so enjoyable. The host responded very quick with any request and there are all kinds of restaurants/grocery stores very close. If we are ever coming back to SA this is where I am staying!! 5 of 5 definitely!

5/5 We LOved Texas and this was a Great place to stay.
5/5 Our kiddos loved the pool while me and my hubby really enjoyed the hot tub after running around all day. Air hockey table we had a few competitions with that a foosball table. Kitchen had everything you need. No complaints. Highly recommend this place. Well worth it! We stayed a whole week. Best thing everything is in driving distance.

Nice family vacation home
5/5 We stayed 6 nights over spring break. The house was clean and well stocked with towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and dishwater detergent. The pool and spa were clean. The house is very close to Seaworld which was nice. Close to large commercial district with every type of restaurant and store. Easy drive to Riverwalk. Overall nice place to stay. Minor critiques include that I would have preferred a warmer set temperature for the spa. The neighbors have a very loud car that woke us up every morning between 330 and 630 AM depending on the day. But overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying.

BMT Graduation Stay
4/5 The house is nice. The beds need to be improved. The beds are very uncomfortable. Even just foam toppers would help. The kitchen utensils also need to be improved. It was difficult to prepare food for my family. Utensils were broken or in poor condition. The landscape needs attention. We own a VRBO and we understand the expectation when you pay a lot of money for a weeks stay you need to be able to sleep comfortably and make food rather than eating out every day.
