4/5 The view is breathtaking. Location is perfect, we just walked into the lake from the back porch. I would recommend this home to anyone that loves being directly on the lake. There were some issues with the house. Some downstairs lights and outlets didn’t work. And one of the downstairs bathrooms was completely unusable. The toilet runs and doesn’t flush and the shower doesn’t even turn on. There was an old pizza in the oven and dishes in the dishwasher were still dirty. We also had to buy toilet paper. But the view made up for all of it.

4/5 View was 10 on 10, not a complaint but I think kitchen side can use some improvements, there was no coffee, knife set can be better. Floor was little dirty. Other than that everything went well. I will go back there again.

5/5 Came in for a quick weekend getaway and this place was everything! Kids had a blast with the water access right there! Great, unique decor made it especially fun and updated house and furnishing made this the best stay!

Post Stay Rashes and Doctors Visit
1/5 We were extremely disappointed with our recent 2-night stay at 4002 Mediterranean Street, Rockwall, TX. What was meant to be a relaxing weekend with family and friends turned out to be quite the opposite due to several concerning issues.
Upon arrival, we found the patio area uncleaned. While those were inconvenient, the most distressing part was that three of us, including myself, developed painful rashes and boils during the stay. We are unsure if it was due to bug bites or something else, but all of us had to visit urgent care for treatment.
This experience has not only impacted our health but also raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property. We do not feel the stay was worth the cost and would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.
