4/5 The house is big with lots of room for a family. Everything needed to cook is available in the kitchen. Beds are very comfortable. Plenty of bath towels and also four beach towels. Floats are available to use for the pool. A few boogie boards are in the garage. The Rockport Beach was so amazing for our grandkids. It was ten dollars for a day pass. Something to note if you have a very small dog is the holes in the metal part of the fence may not keep them contained. The yard does not have much grass and there are grass burr bushes scattered in the backyard, so wear shoes! But, it was nice to have a little space for our dog to stretch her legs. There is a little “hut” across the street that sells eggs and pastries from a local farm.

4/5 House is good and a lot of space. The master shower is very slick and slippery. Other than that it was all good and would stay there again.
