Great property
5/5 Great property for a small family like mine. We had a great time and wanted to stay for longer. Host made sure we had everything we needed and more, even leaving toys for my son and treats for my dog.

Enjoyed our stay
5/5 Nice little spot. House was clean, decorated nicely, and had everything you'd need and more. Kid-friendly, they loved all the games and toys. We were happy to find a few items in the fridge leftover from previous guests and the spice cabinet was fully stocked. The downstairs patio area was so nice, however we did not spend much time down there due to the mosquitos. They were very heavy during our stay; I'm sure the standing water nearby makes them difficult to control.
The host communicated well and offered suggestions when asked. Very understanding as well. Would certainly stay here again!

Great Home for Our Family Vacation!
5/5 We had such a great time during our stay! The house was perfect for our family of 3, and was completely stocked with everything we could need and more. There’s plenty of dishes, cookware, silverware, seasonings, coffee/ tea, games, DVDs, streaming accounts, bath/beach towels, shower essentials, toiletries, and more. The neighborhood is quiet with large lots and only 4 homes, and we had the pool to ourselves each time. We thought the location was great and we were able to visit Rockport, Port Aransas, and Corpus Christi, but also really enjoyed just hanging out at the house! There’s plenty of space on the balcony and the downstairs area has tables, chairs, more games, beach equipment, a TV, shower, and a gas grill. Eva was a wonderful host and was sweet enough to provide a wide variety of drinks and snacks for our arrival, and even left fresh flowers! We had actually booked a different rental home but canceled later that same day when we found this one, and we were so glad we did! Thank you for making our family trip so convenient and stress free. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!
