VERY clean room and super nice host
5/5 Host was super nice and accommodating. Room was spotless and had everything we needed. Had a place to hold the boat w/ suspenders that worked well keeping it from hitting the dock and bulkhead. Parking space was plentiful to park the trailer and truck.

Hidden Gem
5/5 If there was a 6th star, we would check off 6 stars. Host was so thoughtful with all amenities and even a check in surprise. When she said she had everything needed, she wasn't kidding: alot of thought and care went into our stay. Very cozy, clean, comfortable and scenic. We were so relaxed, we didn't want to leave. This is definitely a place we would come back to. Great Job!

5/5 Our stay at Audubon Suite Studio on the Arroyo River proved to be a nice surprise with so many times that we thought this is perfect for us. Relaxing, comfortable, clean, scenic and accommodating. The host made sure we had everything and answered all questions. Thank you!
Great Place to Relax
5/5 A great spot to relax and leave your worries behind;Beautiful view of the Arroyo Colorado, a front row seat to enjoy nature. The fishing is pretty good too. The owner is friendly and helpful. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this peaceful place.
