4/5 Abe was such a great host—we loved the house. It was truly a beautiful home. Abe helped with any issues we had and responded promptly, which we really appreciated.One small recommendation would be to offer a wider variety of cookware and provide a few more dish towels. Other than that, we absolutely loved our stay. What made it even better was that the house was only two blocks away from where my best friend lives.

1/5 House was very dirty, the pictures are not the same as the house. The main restroom didn’t have a mirror. The fridge did not work. Installation was coming out of the vents. Dusty and dirty. The patio in the back was full of spider webs and very dirty, you could not sit out there. The restroom in the master bedroom did not look like in the picture. Cable sticking out of the ground in the back by garage, very dangerous. Holes in the wall, stains on the carpet, just overall dirty. Iron was broken and would not work. No curtains in the rooms, so if you’re trying to sleep in the sun will not let you.

Fantastic Richardson House
5/5 We rented this house while our home was being renovated. Wonderful experience and house was perfect for our family and 2 dogs. The home has fantastic finishes, close to a park and easy access to highway. I highly recommend and our family will stay here given the next opportunity.
