  We booked this home to help us host our families from Missouri and Kansas who were traveling in for a wedding. Plenty of space and lovely amenities. Having a pool was a treat!

  We were disappointed, but made the best of it. Several items mentioned in the property description were not accurate at the property. The downstairs smoke detectors were under the kitchen sink. There weren't TVs in every bedroom. There were no pillow cases on the pillows and mattresses were not encased against bed bugs. We cleaned the kitchen cupboards and drawers, dishes, glassware, and utensils.

  Hi Karen, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - The smoke detectors were installed as per safety guidelines. The ones found under the sink were old and had been replaced.
  - We use a spray treatment to deter bed bugs and have had no issues. However, we will be adding mattress protectors for extra assurance.
  - We apologize for the dust in the cabinets. Our housekeeping team has been notified to ensure this doesn’t happen again and to ensure all kitchenware is spotless for future guests.
  - We take the accuracy of our listings seriously! We’ve confirmed that we do advertise that there are 3 TVs and 5 bedrooms, there is also a TV in the living room. We are looking at adding additional TVs.
  - We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact/us during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home.
  We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• Nice house

  This house was perfect for our party of 8, we enjoyed the pool and definitely will stay here again. The AC vent from the ceiling was dripping on the master bedroom, we ended up putting a bucket and the coffee creamers were expired (2023) and there was a whole box in the pantry, we didn’t worry much because we were just enjoying the pool and being out and about. We also forgot an ipad in the second floor and it is not giving me an option to send a message to the host if i don't write a review.
