1/5 The rules, regulation, and instructions are ridiculous. Countless texts that you are required to respond back to in a certain manner.

- Guests receive a total of three text messages:
- The first confirms booking details and requests acknowledgment of the house rules and policies.
- The second includes important opening instructions and requires confirmation to set the keypad for entry.
- The third provides closing instructions for checkout.
- These texts are sent to ensure a smooth stay and to address past instances where rules were not followed, like exceeding guest capacity or hosting events.
In your case, there was a delay in setting the entry code due to a lack of confirmation for the opening instructions. Once the confirmation was received, the code was set within minutes.

5/5 This house was AMAZING!!! Everything was just like the pictures, but the overtaking view of the lake was the best! Our host, Ms Faith, was accessable throughout our stay, and we would definitely recommend anyone looking to RELAX, and UNWIND in a tranquil setting.
