  Great place to stay, very clean and nice outdoor area with fire pit. This is very close to lake,boat ramp and Hagerman NWA . Thank you for the hospitality see you next time.

  The house was just “okay”. Many of the kitchen utensils were damaged and unusable. Theres no window trim on kitchen window and there were numerous wasps that crawled into the house as a result. The plumbing needs work and the sinks didn’t drain well. The pillows were paper thin. Lots of dogs, including the owners, around that bark.Overall the house worked okay for what we needed but it didn’t earn 5 stars.

  From the owner: We are glad that the property fit your needs. We wish you had contacted us during your visit to let us know you needed assistance. We are always available and would have appreciated the opportunity to rectify any issues. We would like to clarify the following;
  
  - We checked all of the utensils and didn't find any that were unusable, but we did put new BBQ grill tools in the house.
  - We will check on the window trim to ensure it is adequate.
  - We had pest control come by after your visit. We have a monthly appointment to ensure pests are not a problem in the summer due to extra activity.
  - Our dogs are inside 90% of the time and only go out to do their business. Our neighbors also have dogs, but we can't control them. We apologize if they bothered you.
  - We checked the pillows, and they are all in good shape, but we did replace them.
  - We also checked the sink, and someone dropped a hair clip down the drain. It has been removed and works fine now.
  
  We appreciate your feedback, and are glad the house, other than the small issues, worked great for your stay.

  Great stay close to the lake! This is our 2nd summer renting this cabin and it’s worked out perfectly both times. Great amenities, comfy beds and fast internet! Thank you for having us

  We loved the serenity of house , beautiful functional kitchen , easy to find..host great folks..favorite drinking coffee outside in the morning watching hummingbirds, gracefully glide thru the air

  Close living quarters to home owners and access to lake was 30 minutes out, not a mile from house.
