CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The driveway gate code is 3536 (set digits from left to right) then slide the locking bolt left
- The walkway gate code is 3536 (set digits top to bottom) then press silver button to unlock. Pull the metal security cable out of its slot & through the metal loop to get gate latch to unlock
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. Press anywhere on keypad to activate. Enter code 3536# to unlock
- To lock the door, press anywhere on keypad to activate. Press & hold the "#" sign for 2 seconds to lock
- The property is equipped with an alarm system and outdoor surveillance cameras. If you feel the need to use the alarm system during your stay, please reach out to the Guest Contact
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately 

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- If you used the grill and/or fire pit, please empty the charcoal/ashes into a trash bag
- If you used the fish cleaning table, rinse it off with a hose & dispose of any fish remains
- Empty the refrigerator & take out all the trash to the trash bins set up along the road
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Turn off the A/C and all the interior and exterior lights
- Close and lock all windows and front door
- Upon departure, lock front and back pedestrian gates and the driveway gate
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings. The number of people staying at the house must match the number of people on the reservation
- No open flame (grills or fire pits) on the upper patio due to potential fire risk. The charcoal grill and the fire pit are to be used on the ground floor only
- Do not flush baby wipes (even disposable ones), paper towels, diapers, feminine products or trash into the toilets. The house is connected to a septic system, and one of the quickest ways to ruin your vacation is to have a septic system back up
- Do not pour grease into the kitchen sink. The septic system cannot break down grease that is left after cooking, so please dispose of it into a trash bag
- No gutting or cleaning of raw fish inside the house. We have a fish cleaning table set-up with full water hook-up on the ground level where you can process your fresh catch of the day and have the convenience of grilling it on the charcoal grill
- Do not dig up or destroy the sand dunes in front of the house. Sand dunes are protected by Texas law and anyone caught damaging them will get fined by the Beach Patrol that periodically inspects the area
- Must be at least 21 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- This single-story home requires an exterior staircase to enter
- If you're planning to walk out to the beach via the sand dunes, please have an adult inspect the sand dunes first before any kids walk over them. The sand dunes on Bolivar Peninsula and in Galveston are a favorite spot for rattlesnakes to warm up in the sun, so we recommend carefully inspecting them first. We have vibration stakes installed around the property to keep wild life away and we keep the grass trimmed very low year round, but we still recommend being cautious around the sand dunes
