  Myself, my fiancé, and our two dogs stayed here. Location is great and we had plenty of space in the condo. The view was incredible for sunsets. It was a short stay, but we would absolutely book again - thank you!

  Not only did we have a beautiful beach nearby with perfect weather but we stayed in one of the best Port Aransas places I've ever stayed in . We could have literally brought just our swimsuit and gotten by. Snacks, pancake mix and toiletries are provided. The view from the deck is spectacular. The Owner was incredibly nice. Not a single complaint. Kitchen well equipped too. Highly recommend this rental. Will return next year.

  Responsive owners, comfortable beds, refurbished pool/hot tub, thoughtful snacks and special toiletries and convenient parking.

  The unit/complex is tired. This is not close to the beach, ~ 1/2 mile or so walk down a forgotten gravel driveway to the boardwalk. Its located on the top floor with 6 flights of stairs from the parking spot. We could not get the bedroom windows to lock, nor pull the shade down in the master. Wifi was spotty at best. The water pressure in the master shower would peel your skin off and water in the secondary shower wasn't strong enough to rinse your hair (the two were not running simultaneously).

  -"We are grateful for the positive feedback and the recognition of elements that previous guests' have appreciated, such as our responsiveness as owners, the comfort of our beds, the refurbished pool and hot tub, considerate snacks and special toiletries, and the convenience of parking.
  -Our Evolve listing clearly states that our unit is situated on the second floor. With the inclusion of a covered garage, it's effectively located two ½ floors above ground, rather than the implication of six levels, which could be misleading. The layout features five zig-zag levels to reach the second floor, designed for convenience and ease of access.
  -Regarding the beach distance, it is indeed a seven-minute walk to the beach or a forty five-second drive. Rest assured, there are no buildings obstructing the view or access to the beach, as local regulations prohibit construction in front of the dunes, resulting in a similar layout for all condo buildings.
  -The Homeowners Association (HOA) is currently undertaking siding construction; however, their schedule minimizes disruption to our valued guests. Our condo has been recently remodeled and well-maintained, as attested by previous reviews.
  -Regarding water pressure in the showers, we have consulted our plumber, and the assessment differs from the guest's account. The water pressure in the 2nd bathroom is consistent with our standards, and the master bathroom does not exhibit the issue of "skin-peeling" water pressure, as described by the guest.
  -As for the bedroom window locks, it's worth noting that these windows lack locks primarily because they are inaccessible from the ground and are further secured by the deck, a hurricane-resistant double-pane glass, screens, and interior blinds. Nevertheless, we have taken steps to order side channel locks to provide additional peace of mind for guests who may share the guest's concern.
  -The window shades are of the new variety, operated by hand pressure from the bottom rung, eliminating the need for pull cords. Any difficulties in adjusting the shades are not accurate, and we are committed to ensuring they function properly.
  -We genuinely value feedback and work diligently to uphold our high standards, offering special amenities and a well-stocked supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels.

  The condo was beautiful and such a peaceful place to enjoy my time in Port Aransas. I truly enjoyed my stay and the hosts were wonderful! I hope to return to the condo in the near future. Thank you!

  Great condo and private spot to go to the beach!! It was like we were at home!! The owners were so detailed and efficient! Great place!! Will recommend to our friends!!!
