Great stay!
5/5 Our stay at this home was great. All the beds were comfortable, including the twin beds. The bedroom with 3 twins has a large TV, DVD player, and streaming device. So fun for the kids to hangout up there. There is a large DVD library, but I didn't see any movies for young kids. (Full disclosure...there was a DVD notebook that I never did flip through. They could have been in there.) The 2 upstairs bedrooms do get warm during the day even with the window ac units on. The kids never complained while they were playing. I slept up there at night (mid March) and was comfortable. Host was very responsive with an issue we had. Although, they weren't able it get it fixed during the remainder of our stay (2 days). Kitchen was fully stocked with any appliance/dish/utensil you could need.
5/5 Great accommodations and walking distance to Caddy Shack. We did not have any toddlers but the staircase gates are there if needed. We will come back next year for the Point Venture Annual Golf Tournament.

Nice Point Venture Condo
5/5 My wife and I took our three kids and were joined by my mother and two siblings. There was ample room. Everything was great. Clean and everything in working order. It’s incredibly close to the marina. It’s a tri-level condo but not an issue for us. The upstairs area was great for watching movies as a family. We would definitely go back.
Only complaint is the water level at Lake Travis.
