Perfect Sister Trip
5/5 We really just needed a place to sleep for the weekend as we’re had 5 of us visiting our sister in Leander. This rental was perfect! Plenty of room for sleeping and 3 bathrooms with sinks and mirrors!
We saw soooo many deer, that added to our fun.

2/5 The front door is so stuck it took 2 of us to wrench open. My 87 yr old mother touched her bathroom cabinet and it fell off. Decorations were shabby in bdrms. No curtains on windows in 2 bdrms. Can’t recommend.. It seemed to not have been cleaned well in quite awhile. Can’t recommend, won’t go back, actually left a day early because it was not as described.

- Communication is highly important to us and we maintain consistent availability to our guests. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to address them immediately. Prior to every guest's arrival, a pre-stay email gets sent to the guest and we leave a welcome letter in the townhouse with instructions to contact us if there are any issues or concerns.
- The front door does need to be pushed on but it shouldn't require too much pressure to open for access.
- The bathroom cabinets downstairs are a barn-style door type and if pressure was applied, it may have just come off the tracks that it rolls side to side on.
- We aim for transparency and our listing and photos are accurately advertised. We do our best to create an environment as comfortable as possible and we’re very sorry that the decor style didn't meet your expectations. Both of the bedrooms are pictures with the exact window coverings that are in the bedrooms.
We truly go above and beyond and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays.
