The house was clean and as described. The yard was very over grown and the pool was not well maintained.

Hi Heidi, we truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts about your recent stay. Your feedback is essential to us, and we've relayed your comments to the homeowner, who would like to address the following:
-We strive to maintain a 5-star rating for our ranch while ensuring high standards of quality. Lawn mowing is performed biweekly, and the lawn was mowed one week before your stay. However, some edges were not trimmed as short as usual, resulting in an overgrown appearance. We have conveyed this to our mowing agency, and they will ensure this is addressed in future maintenance.
-Additionally, we have a weekly pool service in place through our property management company, Doug Properties. They informed us that some dirt was blown into the pool and the water level dropped. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly and appreciate your understanding.
-Our GMR Estates team is dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction. A team member visited the property to address various reported issues during your stay and was able to resolve them. Had the other concerns been communicated to us while you were on-site, we would have promptly addressed them as well.
Our commitment to providing an exceptional stay remains steadfast, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests.
Arrived at the home the entire yard was over two feet tall, with weeds at the pool deck three and four feet tall. However, all neighbors home were properly maintained.
Phone calls and text replies from local contacts were very few and far between. Got to where they would not answer any phone calls.
The 26 private acres is untrue. There are tenants living on site right next to the private pool. The garage parking of vehicles is not true. In fact upon arrival one garage door was blocked by the tenants vehicle.
The jetted tub advertised does not exist. Miniature golf, apparently you have to bring your own golf balls.
Left over coffee grounds found in the coffee pot the first morning.
Provided one dishwasher dish pod, yet requested to run machine upon departure, while having nine guest staying in home, and provided 5 30gallon trash bags.

- We apologize for the state of the yard upon your arrival. Due to recent heavy rains, we were unable to mow the lawn before your check-in, but it was completed the following morning.
- While tenants reside in the next block, they do not have access to the private pool, the ranch home, or the 26 acres of land. The pool is exclusively for our guests.
- When you contacted us about parking, we informed you that you could park up to six cars in the carport in front of the main door or inside the garage. Also, any extra cars could be parked outside on open land.
- The coffee pot was cleaned thoroughly before your arrival, and we apologize if it appeared otherwise. Additionally, extra dishwasher pods and trash bags are stored below the sink.
Once again, we appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience.
12 adults over 45, had a great time at this property. Everything listed was accurate. Almost everything we needed for the entire stay. Only complaint was that the pool was not cleaned out prior to our arrival. The pool guy came the next day but it was too cold the rest of our stay to use the pool!

Beautiful house with plenty of room. Comfortably slept 14 people. Elevator was a nice touch for the older people in our group. Time spent on the putting green with the kids was enjoyable. Country atmosphere but close enough to town to grab groceries or a bite to eat. Definitely eat at Be-bo's. Only a 10 min drive from the house. Only problem we had was the internet was down when we got there but the property manager was johnny on the spot and fixed it immediately.
