Great location to have a nice & quite family vacation. Host was friendly & very welcoming. Great available amenities were included with the stay. Can't wait to go back again. THANK YOU!!!!
Las Brisas was the perfect spot for my husband and I along with his brother and niece to spend fishing any time we want. The private pier was an awesome addition to a rental and we spent a good deal of time just relaxing and fishing - especially night fishing! We had a beautiful show of lightning over the bay one evening and an old fashioned, electronics-free night when the power went out. Cathy went out of her way to make sure we had candles and flashlights. And even carried over gallons of water to wash up in the morning until the power was restored. I know many may not appreciate the situation, but that night sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean - the ANGRY ocean - watching the storm roll in and getting glimpses through the lightning with no electronics to interrupt - it was the most beautiful evening of the week for me.
Do not miss a drive down Matagorda Beach and a walk through the Aransas National Wildlife Refuge. Oh, and there's fishing - lots of fishing - all day long!
The outdoor area was absolutely great! The lit pier was a dream although the fish weren’t biting. Enjoyed our stay!

This is a simple property. 1970s house on stilts. Clean, extra linens, private pier. Highly recommend for a nice quiet weekend on the coast.
