PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 124 Private Rd 8024, Ore City, TX 75683
- Driving Directions from FM 450: 
- Once you turn onto Old Avinger Road, follow it for about 3 miles. Turn left onto Terry Road (Private Road 8027). There is no street sign — Terry Road is the first road on the left after Fleetwood
- Just before you turn, you will see a red building on the right (the volunteer fire department)
- After turning onto Terry Road, follow it down and turn left on the 2nd road to the left (Private Road 8024)
- Once you've turned onto the 2nd Road to the left (Private Road 8024), you will pass 2 other homes
- Follow the road until it ends at the house. Feel free to park where you are comfortable
- Please do not use Private Road 8026 (the first road) to get to or from the property. The road is very narrow and there is a culvert that can damage vehicles
- The roads leading to the property are old country roads, some bumpy and unpaved. Please use caution and do not speed

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The key is located inside a lockbox. The code is 1124
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 12:00 PM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Both TVs are Smart TVs and are connected to the internet; feel free to log into your own streaming services. Please remember to log out before you leave
