A/C ISSUES
1/5 The condo had a broken a/c unit that took over 24 hours to get fixed and when we chose not to stay a 2nd night of our 4 night stay sleeping without a functioning a/c, Evolve did not stand behind our decision of needing to move to another location. They would not refund us for un-stayed nights. They stood behind the condo's management team that stated they were actively trying to fix the unit and we should have given them more time to do so. We had documented proof that the unit was not getting fixed, when they claimed it was. The management team flat out lied about the issues that we faced and Evolve did not question them, but just took their word over ours and the hard time-stamped proof I submitted to the Evolve team. We will not use Evolve again.
