    It was a great surprise to have the game room full of fun activities. All the young teens and adults had fun playing all of them.

    Then watching the game outside and grilling was also a highlight as the fire pit.

    Definitely a spot to tell all our friends about and visit again.

    Overall, we had a great time! SO convenient to get to all the fun in Gruene, the river(s), and into New Braunfels as well. The outdoor area is fantastic...and would be even better during football season when its no so hot - great setup! There is also a desk in the primary bedroom, which was very convenient since we had to work some.Kitchen & linens were nice and well stocked. Lots of games - indoor and out - at the house as well.Couple of small things - the neighbors DO NOT want their donkeys/goats fed, but the book says you can; no hair dryer; one bunk has been replaced w/ a twin bed and now there is not even a mattress on the top bunk remaining so it sleeps less (14 max). Can't park in garage...BUT that's a win, because its now a fun gameroom with shuffle board, ping pong, beer pong, and Mrs. Pacman! Thanks for a great family getaway! We needed it & would absolutely stay again!
