3/5 Host is responsive. Basic essentials available, but no toaster. Cute place overall. Felt safe in this location. Great location for access to events, shopping, etc. Neighborhood is compact and can be noisy, especially during holidays so keep that in mind if one needs quiet time. Bedroom carpets are in bad shape and should be replaced. Housekeeping has not done a deep clean here in quite a while; could not use ceiling fans as they were thick with dust/grime, any air vent was coated with dust/grime. Last guest left plates dirty, but in the cabinet so we had to wash before using….. made it hard to trust what was clean and not clean. Beds are comfortable, but very squeaky with slightest movement. No closet space, nor a dresser for unpacking in the main bedroom. There is a closet with a shelf in secondary bedroom. No bedside table for your phone (or else) in secondary bedroom…… we moved one of the tables from main bedroom to secondary bedroom to solve the problem. Nice to have two full bathrooms.
