Fabulous Family Fun
5/5 We so enjoyed our stay at your home. It was the perfect home for our family. I especially enjoyed your spacious downstairs living area where we could all be together. Your patio area was equally as fabulous. Having cornhole there and not having to bring it was an added plus as was having a paddle board. That with our paddle board was perfect. Our 5 grands ranging from 10 to 16 enjoyed our summer lake experience. They are ready to do this again.

5/5 The house is amazing right on the water. Large yard plenty of room in a quiet Walden neighborhood.
Sadie the owner contact is great and very helpful.
I highly recommend this property if you want a great time on Lake Conroe.
Mostly positive stay
4/5 The house is spacious and clean. The host was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the outdoor deck/seating and being right on the lake. Access to tennis and pickleball was great, and the pool table and corn hole were fun! To improve the experience, though, I would recommend allowing guests to use the boat slip. It was empty during our stay, but the owner doesn't allow guests to use it (although they did provide an alternative tie up approximately 5 minutes away). I'd also recommend getting rid of the carpet on the stairs and upstairs because it's pretty worn and dated.

Great time on the lake.
5/5 Fishing was great right off of the property. Access to boating with friends was easy and convenient. Large home for all to do what they enjoyed. Rear patio was a hit. Just wish we could have accessed the TV's more easily with log in/ etc.
