• Beautiful Decorated/ small and quiet

  The House was smaller than expected but beautifully decorated. We had a few little hiccups but all in all it was a nice place to stay. We stayed a little out of season so the house was prepared for us immediately but the host and owner jump in gear and we had a decent weekend. This place had no kitchen be aware if your looking to cook. Loved the decor and the views

• Fun, fun, fun!

  This rental includes 2 cabins on gorgeous lakefront property and comes with boat dock use as well as a paddle boat, kayak and canoe. The main cabin has a loft that is perfect for 2 children or teens, with a lakeview. Down the spiral staircase is a couch that makes into a queen bed, and a kitchenette and bath. There's an arcade game system and other games. The decor is eclectic, mysterious, kind of fabulous--and fun! The second cabin has a screened in porch with a lake view where God puts on a fabulous show with breathtaking sunsets. Inside is a double bed suspended with chains, and two overhead beds accessible with ladders. It sports a half bath and kitchenette of its own. By the water is a big fire pit and furniture and of course the dock. We were there for Thanksgiving week 2023, and couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot. It was quiet and ever so peaceful. We also found some of the best Italian food we have eaten at Val's in Mineola. Can't wait to go back to this fun rental!

  This was a very pretty location with a beautiful view of the lake. The two tiny houses were very cute and clean. The tiny house was a little difficult to move around in with four people. The beds slept real well but the ladders were a little difficult to get to our bed, I would recommend only young people staying in this one. I loved the tiny house screened in porch! The fenced in yard for my dog was also great! The yard could have been mowed, it was a little to tall for heavy dew mornings and rain getting our feet wet. Also the wifi was very spotty. Overall this was a great place to stay, very peaceful and quit for great relaxation. I would definitely come back! The owner was also very nice and helpful with any thing we needed.

  From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty of Lake Holbrook. The view from the dock was simply breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset, it was definitely Golden Hour. It was the perfect setting for unwinding and embracing nature's splendor.

  The owners' attention to detail in the decor and furnishings created an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. The separate studio units felt spacious and well-appointed, with a touch of rustic charm that blended seamlessly with the surrounding natural beauty. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, from the fully equipped kitchenette to the plush seating area that allowed me to relax and soak in the peacefulness of the lake. The comfortable bed and well-appointed bathroom ensured a restful night's sleep and a refreshing start to each day.

  One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the private dock. It quickly became our favorite spot to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Lake Holbrook.

  Furthermore, the property's location offered an array of activities that added an element of fun to our stay. I took advantage of the provided kayaks and lake toys. Last but not least, I must commend the hosts for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly attentive and responsive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. From the moment I made my reservation to the day I checked out, their warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel like a valued guest. They provided useful local tips and recommendations, making my stay even more memorable.

  The serene and relaxing atmosphere, coupled with the fun-filled activities available, made it an unforgettable retreat. Whether you're seeking tranquility or adventure, this property has it all. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway amidst nature's splendor.
