  This house was very spacious, well stocked, and in a beautiful location. We were only there for a quick weekend getaway; however, we are looking forward to returning for a longer stay.

  Very beautiful home. The boat dock is nearly impossible to make it there. You have to climb around 4 stories of stairs. Its a great view on the water but unless your physically fit you wont make it to the dock. Something i wish i would have known because our parents wanted to fish. Only other issue is not enough pots, pans, serving spoons for a home that holds alot of people. We did Thanksgiving dinner and it was hard because of the shortage. Other than that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

  The house itself was very nice and comfortable and had a beautiful view. However, there was an ant problem inside on the countertops that invested our food. Lots of dead bugs and spider webs inside the house and did not seem to have been cleaned in a while. Several light bulbs out throughout the house. The boat dock was a very hard decline/ incline walk to get to from and back to the house. The stairs were dangerous and slippery with no hand rails. The pictures posted made it seem like it was an easy walk from the backyard when it was more of a very steep slope.

  - The home was professionally cleaned the day before your arrival, but we’ll revisit pest control measures to ensure ants and other critters are addressed more proactively.
  - We’ve never received reports of ants in the past, so your comments are helpful in identifying a new concern.
  - We will double-check that all bulbs are working properly and replace any that may have been missed.
  - The listing photos were taken by Evolve’s professional photographer and are intended to reflect the property accurately, but we understand the slope may have felt steeper in person.
  - We have already noted that the stairs to the dock do not have handrails, and intended for that to be communicated in the listing.
