5/5 The home and the grounds are spacious and beautiful. For our family reunion, there was plenty of space for hanging out inside and outside. With the weather being beautiful during our stay, we were able to do our family portrait photo shoot in the backyard area. The guest house worked out great for the grandparents without stairs. Our host was responsive and accommodating.

5/5 Check-in was a breeze! The property is spacious. Home is layed out in an open design that flows well for gathering as well as cozy spaces to retreat for peaceful solitude. It was the perfect space for our group.

5/5 I cannot tell you what a blessing this amazing home was to our family. My son and his fiancé booked the Avalon Legacy Ranch for their wedding on August 23rd. We were able to commute back and forth to the venue which saved us BIG TIME as we had left everything we had purchased in one of the fridges for the charcuterie boards/table. It was a save the day moment!!! I spoke to the owner on a few occasions. Extremely helpful no matter what I needed. The house is beautiful, the land, the pool refreshing the tennis courts all fantastic!
