Perfect place for our large group
5/5 We brought 12 teenagers (and adults too) to this property for both fun and study time. It was amazing! So much space! Our teens LOVED the basketball court especially! Plenty of places to sleep and spread out. We encountered a broken water heater that affected one of the bathrooms so that was a bummer but the owner was doing his best to get it fixed for us. Stuff happens. We would definitely book here again!!

Excellent place for the kids to roam and the adults to relax
5/5 12 of us -- 3 generations -- enjoyed the house for a long weekend. The kids braved the pool, while the adults stuck to the hot tub (weather was cool). Trips to the pond and "barn," and a guest house for those of us who enjoyed quiet while the others whooped it up in the main house. Would definitely return for another Dallas-area stay. Host was exceptionally accommodating and helpful.

Texas golf trip
4/5 Overall the Villa was perfect for the number of people on the trip…a good number of bedrooms and bathrooms, plus the guest house. We were disappointed that the hot didn’t would not heat up, even after the property manager attempted to get it to work, so unable to use it. And we thought it would have been a good idea to have a basketball and tennis and/or pickle ball equipment so we could use the court.
Otherwise, really good time.
