Great little hidden gem in the country just outside of McKinney and Melissa. Quiet property with the most adorable tiny home. Very clean and just as pictured!! Minutes away from downtown McKinney area with great restaurants. Nice for a long weekend visiting our kids!!

We had a great experience at the tiny texas house. Birds during the day and crickets at night. Feels like being out in the country, yet only minutes from 75 freeway. Ac unit over the bed made for a great sleep on hot nights. Highly recommended.
We had everything we needed in this cute little house, and Bill responded quickly to our questions and was very kind. House is located in a quiet country farming area, easy and not far to groceries or Sams club. We would stay here again!

My wife and I wanted our vacation to include access to the metropolitan area north of Dallas while enjoying accommodations with a spacious "country" feel - quiet with "big sky" views. We nailed it.
