Pros and Cons
2/5 The location was quiet and had river access. The town was cute and had a nice park with great river access for $10.50 parking fee. The beds in the house were large and comfortable, plus there was a nice air mattress in the closet. The house has lots of windows and a nice covered back porch/deck. However the surrounding property was very cluttered and had minimal available parking. The house itself had a lot of unnecessary furniture, was not very clean, and did not have smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. There was a lot of stuff in the kitchen, but not necessarily what you might need to prepare a full meal. With some work and decluttering, this would be a much nicer property.

4/5 Location was great. House was clean and comfortable. Just need to make sure lawn is mowed and tree trimmed near parking area before guests arrive. River access is convenient. Owner/manager treated us well and were available to help with anything questions we had.
