Enjoyed our stay
5/5 Nice duplex, nice neighborhood, very quiet! Unable to walk down to the lake as the path was really overgrown.

1/5 Got to the property, found that none of the beds had any bedding on them found that the floors weren’t swept dishes still in the sink overall terrible and the smell wasn’t great. Very unsatisfied property manager was out of town and only suggested either finding another place or fixing the beds up ourselves Which I found was disconcerting. Overall, not happy.

Due to the last-minute nature of your booking, our system did not generate an arrival notice to the homeowner until just two hours before your check-in, which unfortunately did not allow adequate time to prepare the home for your stay. As a resolution, we offered either a full refund and assistance with relocating or a partial refund along with immediate cleaning of the home, which you graciously accepted. We truly regret the inconvenience this caused and appreciate your understanding.
Work stay
5/5 House was clean with no issues. Traffic can be a problem, it is the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area, so it was expected. Neighbors down strret not friendly and protest short term rentals daily with sign in front yard. Their lose!! Other than that I would stay again when in area.

5/5 Awesome Amenities and outdoor patio area a plus ! Inside looks great and Kitchen area was very welcoming a Home away from home experience thanks for the great accommodation ! Looking forward to another stay next year ,Hopefully , we can get away again if you would have us back again!
