Quiet neighborhood, nice house, but kitchen floor began to buckle shortly after arrival. It became unsafe to move about the kitchen and dining room. I notified property manager and a crew came out the first Saturday and simply removed one board and threw it aside leaving a gaping hole. I'm a senior citizen and was very concerned it was not properly repaired. Therefore, I cannot leave a positive review and would not recommend this property to others.

We want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that feels safe and comfortable, and we’re sorry this issue impacted your stay. After reviewing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:
-The home was fully renovated before being listed, so this flooring issue was an unexpected development.
-As soon as the concern was reported, the owner contacted their contractor to provide a temporary fix until the full repair could be made.
-Unfortunately, the contractor removed a board and left a gap, which was not what the owner had been told would happen—and certainly not what they would’ve approved.
-The day after your departure, the entire kitchen floor was removed and properly reinstalled to ensure it’s safe and ready for future guests.
Thanks again for bringing this to our attention so it could be addressed right away. We’re confident future guests will enjoy a much-improved experience!
