5/5 The property was very well photographed in advance, and things look just as I expected. Communication in advance was detailed, good guidance on getting checked in and checked out. Reasonable check out procedures. Friendly communication at all steps. I was very pleased to have strong AC available plus additional fans as needed, given how hot it is in Texas in the summer! The owners of clearly worked hard to create a lovely, well, equipped rental. Lots of beachy artwork, comfortable furniture, and lovely outdoor space. We paid extra for a pet fee, and we’re very pleased with the yard available for our dog. Parking was easy, and the neighborhood was quite lovely. Easy to get to restaurants, groceries, the lake. And there were lots of restaurants that could deliver via various apps. We were quite pleased. Would absolutely stay again!

5/5 You can never be absolutely sure of what you see on the internet. This property exceeded our expectations. Our host kept us up to speed on everything from welcome, directions, checking in, and nearby medical and grocery stores.
Property was exceptionally clean and included some unexpected amenities.
If in the Dallas area we will surely stay there again...
