Very disappointing experience
2/5 Had reservation with confirmation number & printout showing confirmed dates. Went to the property on confirmed check in date & could not get access. We were told the reservation was not on the owner's calendar, therefore we could not get in. Got text from housekeeper next morning that they were sorry & she was on her way to clean & she would let us know when townhome was ready. Received two different access codes: one from Evolve who called owner while I waited on hold & the other code from housekeeper. I asked housekeeper to wait to be sure we could get in. I'm now trying to get a refund for the 1st night that we had reserved but were not able to get into the property.

"We're truly sorry for the confusion and frustration you experienced upon arrival. It was never our intention for your check-in to be anything less than smooth, and we understand how disappointing it must have been to find the property inaccessible on your confirmed date.
We’re actively working with Evolve to understand why your reservation didn’t sync properly with our calendar, as it should have automatically updated to reflect your stay. If your payment includes the first night when you were unable to access the property, we absolutely agree that a refund should be issued once Evolve processes the adjustment. The host was easy to contact and questions were answered quickly. I would come back again and highly recommend it to anyone!
