- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 220852
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

PARKING:
- 2 vehicles can be parked in the driveway
- Additional street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis
- You will enter the home for the first time by coming through the front door using the keyless entry. You can park for free on the street and use the front entrance throughout your stay. Alternatively, parking is available in the driveway at the back of the house, accessible from the alley. Please note that the back door does not have keyless entry, so you'll need to unlock it from the inside after entering through the front
- To reach the back of the house: The alley behind the house is a one-way street parallel to Strawn, accessible only from Schmidt Street (which intersects Strawn on the northeast side). From the front of Strawn, head northeast along Strawn (the house will be on your left) until you reach Schmidt. Turn left onto Schmidt, then take the first left into the alley. Continue along the alley until it curves left, and the house will be on your left at the curve
