5/5 Tanya is amazing!!!! She is very communicative, super quick responses, very accommodating and her home is one of the most quaint, comfortable and charming homes I’ve stayed. Beautiful view from the relaxing living room and kitchen. Amazing deck and outdoor space.We will definitely stay again!Thank you Tanya!

3/5 Slightly Disappointed, first time using VRBO. This property would be perfect if they rehab the back of the house . The smell of mildew was a bit overwhelming, Especially in the bathroom. The “clean” towels smelled musty, then smelled of mildew once they were wet. Water leak stains in the ceiling. The floors had mounds in them. There was white pet hair everywhere. Some of the furniture was badly stained. The bed cover had a yellow stain in it. No TV in the larger room. Water pressure was extremely low. The host was nice and we caught a few fish. It was quiet and secluded.

From the Owner: "Thank you for your feedback. The mildew smell you mentioned was the first time this issue has been brought to my attention. After hearing your concerns, I had a contractor inspect the property the very next day and confirmed there is a small ceiling leak in the bathroom, which is scheduled for repair on the 18th of this month. The water pressure issue has already been resolved with help from New Visions Water Filtration.
This is an older home, and while the floors have some natural swelling due to seasonal temperature changes, it hasn’t typically been a problem for other guests. I’ve also reduced the daily rate to reflect these factors, ensuring the property remains a great value. I work with a reliable housekeeper who does a thorough job, but I’ll remind her to pay closer attention to details like pet hair and linens to avoid any future issues.
