  First and foremost, the impression of this trip to Jonestown (Austin) was truly a tragedy-disaster in the entire time of our vacation. Despite the awesome view and our preparation to spend a pleasant time there, it has given us a most ridiculous experience over there.The bedroom beds were extremely smelly and dirty. We even found a lady's hair rubber band underneath a pillow!!! None of us could sleep well at night. The upstairs' balcony door did not have an appropriate door gasket, and the door kept opening with a little wind and one time it opened and hit one of the residents' thumbs and caused a fraction.The outside furniture was torn and damaged. The wooden stairs were rotted and a step was broken and it was extremely dangerous, especially for toddlers/kids. In regard to, some photos have been attached here.

  Hi Reza, thank you for taking the time to leave a review about your stay. After reviewing your feedback, the homeowner wanted to share the following:
  - The beds were cleaned thoroughly, with mattress protectors freshly washed before your arrival. Our cleaning partner assured us there was no odor, but we apologize if you felt otherwise.
  - The balcony door requires the flush bolt to be engaged so it stays securely closed. Clear labels are present on the door to guide guests, but disengaging the bolt can cause it to open in strong winds, as happened during your stay.
  - The patio furniture you mentioned was located on a rarely used sun deck, which was not intended for regular guest use. The main patios are well-maintained with high-quality furniture and are in excellent condition.
  - We were unaware of the broken step on the wooden stairs and apologize for the oversight. It will be repaired as soon as the current guests depart.

  We were really delighted to have that house for our family and friends vacation time together! We were 8 adults and decided to return back there asap for our next get together. Views, views and views!!!

• Incredible House with the Best Views

  I had my bachelor party here and it was amazing. We spent almost all weekend on the porch watching the incredible views that this house offers. I highly recommend staying here especially considering how amazing the hosts are.
