Wonderful house
5/5 Spacious living/dining/kitchen area with large kitchen island. Very well equipped kitchen which made cooking meals so easy. Great covered patio but unable to use due to the weather. Will stay here again

Bachelorette weekend
5/5 The house was so cute, had all the amenities and supplies needed for cooking, baking, grilling and coffee supplies. The bedrooms were spacious and easily accommodated our party of seven.
The fire pit was easy to use and there were several eating areas (dining table, kitchen island and table on covered patio).
Location was great with several wineries within easy driving distance as well as being close to Fredericksburg. We highly recommend and will definitely stay here again when in the area.

4/5 this house is super cute, easily accessible, and easy to locate! Impressively decorated and clean upon arrival; we were in town for a very busy family wedding weekend and all felt like there was adequate space to get ready and retire for the nights comfortably. Would recommend to anyone wanting a cozy space!

Family, Wine and Football Weekend!
5/5 We had a great time in this wonderful home. It was very well stocked and clean. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept great! I loved the fact that it had 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Everyone could have their own personal space. The location of this home is so so nice. There is a walking trail behind the house and the neighborhood was also nice to walk around. The common area and kitchen area were comfy with lots of seating for everyone. The house backs up to the athletic fields so there's lots of privacy and DEER! We loved the fire pit but we couldn't get it to stay lit (perhaps the igniter needs to be looked at), but we still enjoyed sitting outside. The property manager was super responsive when we had a question. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!!!

Perfect Group Getaway!
5/5 We loved our stay! The home exceeded our expectations. We were thrilled to have found a place with 4 bedrooms each with very comfortable King beds. Home has been nicely renovated with great appliances and finishes. There was plenty of space in the kitchen and living area for the 7 of us to cook and hang out. Kitchen was well equipped and they even provided Keurig coffee pods and tea bags along with creamer and sugar! We enjoyed sitting around the large table in the backyard each morning and evening and if the weather had been cooler, we would have been using the firepit! I reached out with a question about the property before our arrival and received a prompt response. Would have loved to stay longer, but we are already talking about making a trip next year and staying here again!
