These cameras actively record video and audio when motion is detected and will be turned on during your stay 
- This 2-story property requires exterior stairs to access. Although there is a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor, additional interior stairs are required to access all other bedrooms

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM

- Please contact the host  in advance if you need to arrange an earlier check in or a late check out
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. 
- The codes for the keyless front door are: primary code is 7378# and the secondary is 568573#
- Please, press each digit firmly.
- The code for the side door is 568573#.
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Please contact the host if you need to arrange a later check out
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste 
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- For your safety and privacy please log off from ALL apps you have logged in on the TV
- Double check to ensure you have all your belongs. However if you do realize you have left something of value behind, please contact us ASAP. We are not responsible for any items left behind and there is no guarantee we can find it or get it back to you. However if it is possible, we will ask you to provide a pre-paid/pre addressed USPS. Label and a pre- payment of $50 handling fee, plus any other costs involved in getting the item back to you.
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
