2/5 I am amazed that the property is currently rated as Exceptional.I based the rental on the property rating.The following is the list of deficiencies:1. Dishwasher - non-functional.2. Icemaker in Fridge - non-functional.3. No top sheets on any beds. (Gross)4. A total of 2 tumbler size glasses provided.5. No dish towels, no hand towels, no facecloths, and only four bath towels .6. Upon arrival, discovered broken drawer front on cabinet in kitchen.7. Coffeemaker filthy. Had to clean it before useage.8. Handle on freezer drawer on fridge was loose to the point of almost falling off.9. Rather than fixing shower control which were plumbed backwards, a note was left on how to operate the backwards controls.10. The host reset AC system to a higher temperature while we were gone from the property which caused a significant delay in bringing the temperature back down to a comfortable temperature once we arrived back that evening. 11.Owner scheduled yard work and pool work to be done at 7AM on two different occasions while we were present.12. Owner left a binder with instructions for move out of property including stripping beds, taking out trash, doing laundry etc. When confronted, that we were offended by the binder items because we had already paid a subtantial cleaning fee, the Owner stated tha they were only requests. I suggest that the owner not memorialize such "requests" ever to other guests.13. On our last day, we discovered a cockroach in a kitchen drawer.
