Great Stay
5/5 Very clean, easy check-in. Pool was perfect for the kids. Host was great at communicating. Only 10 min from Dell Diamond.

Disappointed
3/5 The house was very clean and nice but too many restrictions. You can only take warm showers and you can only use the hot tub for 10 minutes. Why bother to have a hot tub if you can only use it for 10 minutes and the beds were very uncomfortable.

-Our showers are equipped with both warm and cold settings to allow guests to adjust the temperature to their liking.
-Regarding the hot tub, while there are no restrictions at our property, it is remotely controlled. We apologize if it shut off unexpectedly after 10 minutes. Please know we would have promptly resolved this issue had we been notified during your stay.
-While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, mattress taste is subjective. We're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences.

Beautiful home away from home
5/5 I knew right away this trip was going to be special. The check-in process was a breeze. We arrived at night and found the home clean and inviting. It truly felt like a home away from home. The home was spotless and sleeping quarters better than expected. We all slept comfortably in our own beds. We didn’t need to eat out. We cooked all our meals at home saving a ton of money. We used the grill to bbq and chill out on the patio. The swimming pool and hot tub were super clean and also inviting. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. It was nice to be away from the city for once. But it was super easy to get to downtown and UT. I would recommend using the toll roads…well worth the price to get around. Finally, I can’t say enough great things about the host. He was very responsive, professional, flexible, helpful, respectful, and very accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay at his properties again. In fact we are already planning another trip to stay at this property. It was that good! Thank you for the memories and extraordinary experience. Bravo!
